Keira’s POV

Clint and I agreed on a suitable time he would come to pick me up for our night out. He had texted he was close five minutes ago, and I was expecting to hear a honk outside anytime soon.

I was dressed in my usual outfit- skinny jeans and a pretty black blouse. Though it would have been fun to go all out with pretty dresses and more makeup, it was also relaxing to do something a little more low-key. I had paired my outfit with stylish, black, heeled boots.

I heard the long-awaited car honk outside and snatched my purse, giving myself one last look in the mirror before stepping out.
