Chapter 92. A Familiar Sensation
"Well then, let us start our session since you are here already," Clint said as he folded his arms.
I blinked at him. "Right now? But today is not even a day for our sessions."
"Your father wants me to start today, so we can push aside that fact."
I nodded. Clint adjusted his tie and sat up straight in his chair. I watched him pull out his usual yellow legal pad. Clint gestured for me to leave the chair, and I did.
I walked over to a plush armchair and sat in it, my hands folded tightly in my lap. Clint positioned himself on a chair beside me. The room was calm and serene, but I was nervous, anxious, and scared, which was weird because this was not my first session with Clint.
But each time we had a session, I was clouded with a heavy nervousness.
"You need to relax, Keira. You are very tense," he chuckled.
Hearing Clint's voice soothed my anxious heart, and I could feel myself relaxing.
