Chapter 85

Eli wanted to leave.

I couldn't wrap my head around it.

He had always been the golden boy of the Agency.

No one would've suspected he wanted to leave.

I frowned and rubbed my eyes. Why did he think the Agency killed his parents?

I shook my head and turned off the shower. These questions had been bothering me for a week. I needed answers.

"Girl, are you having a shit or what?" I heard Beth yell from outside the bathroom door and I laughed, getting out of the shower and wrapping a towel around me. As soon as I opened the bathroom door Beth rushed past me. "Finally!"

"Chill, B, you've got hours," I said and shook my head.

"But I've got to wash my hair!" Beth yelled and the door slammed in my face.

I rolled my eyes and made my way to my room. I dried myself and changed into a loose gown.

Jasper and his friends were throwing a party. Pretty much the whole school was invited, but I suspected it was for them to get to know the pot
