Chapter 46. Rumors (Part Two)

     I ran out of my room when I spotted some maids gossiping in a corner.

"Is it true?" The first red-haired one asked with a shock.

The second answered. "Of course, rumors are spreading around like wildfire, and, within a matter of time, the realms will hear about it. If it's not already spreading around, you know this could lead to questions for Princess Oceana and a stain to her reputation." 

"No, this can't be true." The third one disagreed. "Alpha Gérard will have our heads. If he hears these words from our mouth. And besides, why did they kiss in such a public area when they both know they will be caught? Alpha Oceana can't do such a thing with her brother, it's disgusting. Alpha Gérard is married for crying out loud.' 

"Of course, everyone knows he is married, but he has been spotted recently in the pleasure house a couple of times with lots of prostitutes, and even the rumors say…" she looked around suspiciously, lowered her voice,
