The stadium bustled with people of different age ranges, genders, and occupations, and their cheers roared and rose to the sky.
Lights twinkled overhead, illuminating the area and enhancing the sweat and strain on the muscles of the players as they ran and dribbled against one another, each aiming for the post.
The crowd cheered, shouts and claps banding together in encouragement, but Jared had his mind focused on only one thing. He shut himself off from the varying emotions of the audience, clogging the air, and charged on, directing the ball away from the reach of his opponent.
He chuckled as he raced on, the swear word of the frustrated player clearly audible in his ears.
Gladness ran through his heart as he watched the time count overheard and nodded to himself. The match had a few minutes left before it ended.
