CADENCE
It felt lonely.
If only Rosie's with me right now, I know she'll never let me feel like I'm all alone. But I have to be on my own. I have to do this so that when I get the chance to see her again, I'll be worthy and not ashamed of what my father has done to her parents.
That Christmas was supposed to be our holiday, but I just ended up here, watching her from the other rooftop beside their building.
When I got out of my father's mansion in Spain, my initial move was to fly back to the city, even though I knew I wouldn't have the courage to go see her. I ended up looking at them from afar. I saw how sad she was, but I couldn't make a move.
If my father finds out that I went back here to see her, it will only worsen the situation between us.
