Chapter 69. Kept Me Waiting

When I arrived at his office, I was asked to wait for him in the visitor waiting room because he was in a private meeting with some clients. It seems quite weird because we called the office severally to book this appointment, and we arrived right on time. So why the hell are we being asked to wait for over an hour for him when we already have an appointment. It is an insult for someone of my status and position to be kept waiting out here for hours. If this was any other meeting, I would have turned away and walked out of there. But I can’t leave like that, not when I’ve put in so much work on this presentation.

I’ve made up my mind to do this on my own, and that is exactly what I’m going to do. I know he would never dare to keep Nathan waiting like this. He is either doing this to annoy me or he simply wants to test my patience and see how far I’m willing to g
