My excitement was too much to be contained. As mentioned to Alessandro, I had never left the state, not to mention the country and continent.

I'd been ecstatic when Alessandro said we were going out. I wanted to explore Milan, but I couldn't go by myself. I'd been told that the streets were dangerous and I also knew it was unwise to wander by myself and possibly get lost.

As told, I dressed decently. I put on an off-shoulder purple top and blue jeans with black sandals. The only reason I adhered was that I knew he was capable of calling the outing off if I disobeyed him. The way he craved control was something else and the way I liked the control he had? That was an entirely different story.
