Asper’s POV

I frowned when I couldn’t see Jyn anymore. After we danced earlier, he said that he would just get us some drinks but when I turned my head at the counter, I didn’t see him there.

And where did he go?

I went to the counter and called the bartender but before she could even come to me, Cee appeared in front of me.

“Cee!”

He was at the other side of the counter and he handed me a bottle of beer.

“Where did you go?” I asked. “I have been looking for you.” I drank the whole bottle straight.

“I just went back to the VIP room to tell Dash something I forgot to mention earlier.” He put another bottle in front of me. “Drink only what you can, okay?”

I smiled and nodded. “Thank you.” I drank it all up again. “Woohh! I haven’t drunk this much since I went here.”

“Yeah, you have been drinking since you got here but you did not even look drunk,” he said. “Seems like you have a high level of alcohol tolerance.”
