Asper’s POV

It has been days since Miracle revealed her identity to me. And since then, we haven’t seen each other or even talked again.

She asked Pruska to come to my house to pick up the items that needed to be delivered and she never even set her foot back at SweetHeart again.

I know what she was up to because she also revealed to me what she has to do in exchange for the freedom of my foundation but she didn’t even try to call me.

I am getting worried. 

And I know one person who can tell me where she is right now.

“Asper?” Shock was all over Jyn’s face when he saw me standing in front of their front door. “It is already late, huh? Did you forget something?”

I shook my head. “Is Rajiv there? I need to talk to him.”

“He is not here.” He completely opened the door and invited me over inside. “Come on here. I am going to make some hot drinks for us.”
