Megan's POV

I decided to leave boxing after the entire charade.

I was fine for good, because I would not want to have anymore enemies.

I stepped into the ring, my heart racing with anticipation. This was it, my last boxing match. I had made the decision to retire after this fight, win or lose.

The crowd was electric, cheering and chanting my name. I scanned the sea of faces, searching for familiar ones. My family was there, beaming with pride.

And Chris, my former business partner, was sitting ringside, a smug look on his face.

My opponent, a fierce and formidable fighter, glared at me from across the ring. I knew this wouldn't be an easy fight.

The bell rang, and we began to circle each other, sizing each other up.

 I threw a few tentative jabs, testing her defenses. She countered with a powerful hook, but I dodged it easily.
