"I found it on our engagement." She said stammering.

Rai furrowed his brows. He didn't believed anything Priya was saying. But for Rohit sake he desisted from questioning her. He didn't want Rohit to find her more suspicious. But then he wondered, where else would she have found it if not the engagement.

"Where?" Rohit asked.

He still found it difficult to believe her. It wasn't just any bracelet, it was the same bracelet Aunt Vedika treasured.

Vedika was never without the bracelet. One time she forgot to put it on, she came back after driving about an hour away, just to put on her bracelet.

She'd go crazy anything she didn't find it. And one time, the bracelet got ripped out of her wrist by an iron in the kitchen and it fell off, with she not knowing where it dropped. She turned the kitchen upside down just to look for the bracelet.
