Chapter 181. Sleep Together

It is difficult for me to hold her that way, but I am getting through it. I am okay.

"I am s-so sorry," she stutters between cries. She is breathing so loudly that I worry she could pass out.

"It is okay, sweet cheeks." She cries even louder, and her grip on me is far too strong.

"It is OK, my dear. Stop sobbing. I forgive you. Stop ruining my dress!"

She chuckles briefly before starting to cry again. I touch her back until I know she is feeling better. I draw back and hold her soft cheeks, saying, "It is okay."

"Do you still love me?" She asks, her eyes blazing and her face fully drenched.

"Of course, I do! Do not be so foolish."

"Can you say it?"

I kiss her cheek and hold her again, saying, "I love you and will always love you. You are my little sister. Even if it is only for a few months. You will always be my baby sister."

She
