I gently grip her cheeks, prompting her to gaze up at me. The water is splashing her back as she laughs again.

"Hello," I say, a mischievous glint in my eyes. I playfully splash some water towards her, eliciting a playful squeal.

"Hey," I say quietly, running my fingers through her wet hair. "I am going to shampoo your hair immediately."

She blinks the wetness from her eyes and nods. I reach out for the blend I recognize. It smells like vanilla and cinnamon, with hints of tea leaves and green apples. I take a fair quantity and gently massage it into her scalp.

"That feels wonderful," she breathes, shutting her eyes to the pleasure. I bring her out of the water to thoroughly clean her hair. She is still facing me, making it a bit difficult to completely shampoo her hair, so I turn her around.
