"Move!" I hear Zave yell and step aside while he flings his sword right into a man's face.

"Perfect!" I yell back, taking that sword and using it to stab another in his foot. I headbutt him, yanking the sword out of his foot and stabbing it through his heart. I wipe the blood off my eyes with my sleeve when I hear Chantel laugh.

"Good thing you didn't give me your dagger!" She says to the crew member who refused to give his weapon to her earlier. I look a little to the left and find someone on the ground with a tree branch stuck in their eye.

"That's my wife!" I repeat to which another pirate yells, "We fucking know!"

Good. They should know.

I'm a little distracted by Chantel's hair flying into my face but she looks incredibly attractive fighting like this. I'm starting to understand the pirate kink.
