Godfrey and Rafael were now out of commission leaving only the Queen, Regina, Fighter and Gertrude to go and see what was going on in the ruins of the castle.

As they kept moving forward, Regina moved closer to Rene and asked.

“Are you sure about being here… If… You don’t have to go through with it, you can go hide, we won’t think any less of you.”

Rene smiled at her and stated. “It’s alright, I’ve made my peace with it, I’m needed on this battlefield for one reason, and I intend to fulfill it once and for all.”
