Chapter 40. Fire and Ice

Skye drove us into town and we got to the store. Camila and I picked everything we thought the pack will need for this week. The following week, we would also come to shop for some more items.

"Your pack sure eats a lot," Skye said noticing the bags upon bags in the trolley.

I frowned at him. "Because you don't do the shopping for your pack's needs you have no idea what gluttons they are," I said getting pissed as I dumped the bags in the booth.

Camila went in the car to sit in and wait for us.

He chuckled and pulled me closer. "You're always angry over anything I say."

"What you always say riles me up."

"But when my hands touch you, you don't," he said leaning closer. "You become ecstatic," he said and I pulled away knowing that what he was saying was the truth.

"You talk such nonsense," I said getting into the car. He chuckled while having a ridiculous smirk on his face.
