Elder Maeron’s words echo in my head over and over until they stop sounding real.

Demon royalty. Stolen from another realm. The Demon King’s lost queen reborn.

For a long time, I couldn't say anything. My mouth opens, but no words come out. I just stare at the elder, trying to make sense of what she’s saying, what it means for Sienna. For us.
