"I-I can't leave this place until the competition is over," Ria Chet said seriously after she got close to her father. "I just took a risk to get here to the lighthouse, since our territory is right next to the Night Stalkers Pack."

"The leader of our pack is going to die, Ria. You have to go back and I'll find a way to get you into the palace," the elderly man continued, who happened to be the father of Ria Chet Miranda, one of the participants in the competition that was organized by King Lio.

"You still haven't given up on your ambition to make me a family member of the leader of our pack," Ria Chet answered with disappointment in her voice. "It will never happen, Father, so please, forget that ambition of yours. I'm just an omega, so no matter what we do, they will just ignore us."

Her father was about to answer but she didn't give him a chance as she was not yet finished speaking.
