Chapter 109. A Last Minute Decision

After a week of being away, I wanted out. I missed my baby and I was tired of hiding. I felt like all my life, I'd been hiding. It was time to stop hiding and face the world.

"What I'm saying is that by doing things this way we have the upper hand," I said to Jane over the phone. She was the private investigator and the only person I've had contact with this past week. I was trying to sell her on the merits of us leaking my location. She wasn't having it but I was even more determined than she was.
