"Are you sure it's not his spirit?" She asks, the first thing I had thought of also when I first saw him.

"Hmmm," I sigh. "That's what I'm not sure of, I ask one of my friends who is his best friend to later go and check up on him which by now I'm sure he has done. Charleston is very close to him and would update me with nothing but the truth, what's happening."

"You have done well. Is that why you came here?" She asks with some sarcasm in the tone. She deserves to because I have not visited her until now I need something from her, her guidance and support. It shows some selfishness on my part but I would try to cover up.

"You know how difficult it is to be the Alpha of a large pack like the Northern Pack?" I don't need to tell her, she knows it already. Controlling the Northern pack is far more difficult than the Southern pack, because mine is larger than Jeff's.

"Well, I wouldn't really blame you. What do you want me to do for you?"
