Chapter 19

Randhir PoV

I threw her on the bed and went away. Later on, we both had the dinner and she slept. I didn’t sleep because tomorrow is her birthday. The date changed and I took the gift from my room which I brought for her. I thought to wake her up to wish her and went to her room. I found her speaking on the mobile.

“Thank you, Ajay. Thank you for remembering my birthday. Ok, bye. Good night.”

I understood it’s Ajay who called and wished her. I went to my room and threw the gift on the floor. I slept there itself. I didn’t want to talk to her anymore.

Sakshi’s POV

Ajay called me to wish on my birthday at 12am. I waited for Randhir to wish me but he didn’t turn up. I waited until 2 am and then slept. In the morning, I woke up and saw Randhir getting ready. I too got ready without disturbing him.

“Randhir, I want to tell you something,” I said.

He is having coffee while reading the newspaper. He didn’t even look at me.
