I don't have an answer to that question and from the look on Donovan's face, neither does he. It is beyond frustrating at this point, how we keep looking for answers but only come up with more questions. There is a realm of possibility that Adriana is not his biological daughter. That would bring more inconsistencies in why he does most of the things he does. I know he is smart enough to figure out if she is not his, and there is no way he would let her stay in his pack if she wasn't his. His mate died because of her discovery.

I know Jameson is a piece of shit but even he can only stoop so low, and you can't treat your mate as nothing to that extent. She fucking lost her life.
