I feel myself smiling and I nod at him. "That isn't an insult."

"I didn't mean it as one." He shrugs his shoulders, I see a different side of him in that second. That makes me take a closer look at him, like really look at him. He has dark bags under his eyes and though he seems smug and cocky, there is a heavy aura around him and this haunted look in his eyes that remind me of a younger me.
