It was torture for me having to stand there watching the love of my life beaming with happiness in the arms of his new mate. Tears were stream heavily down my face as the realization hit me. This was it. I'd lost him. He put her down and I peered out towards the crowd. No one even acknowledged my pain, they just cheered and clapped for the happy couple. My eyes fell upon Cassie and she was making her way up to me with such pity on her face. Tyler was following closely behind her with his head hanging down. I scanned over the crowd and saw that Clara's face was shocked. I thought she'd be elated with the situation. Aiden pissed me off, because when his eyes met mine, his sadistic grin grew wider.
