Cora sighed with relief at his reaction and replied,

“Well, there is a spell that I can do, so that your powers manifest themselves.”

“Sweet, when do we start?” Evan interrupted her with excitement.

“We will have to wait until after we help, Freya. After having the suppression spell lifted, you will go through some enormous and powerful changes, I don't know how it will mix with your hunter's powers, or your vampire half. You will need my full attention, and I will probably also need a few friends to help us too. This will all take planning, but if Freya is as powerful as the oracle says, it will do you good to be on her team.”

Evan sat back, and I could tell he was a little deflated knowing that he wasn't going to have his powers for a while. Cora then looked over to me and asked,

“You're a Phoenix right?”

I nodded cautiously, wondering where she was going with her question.
