With my shoulders slumped and hands dangling by my sides, I dropped my head in defeat and then turned to walk away. I couldn't stand in silence in front of Tristan any longer. The kiss for him was clearly a mistake, but I would always be thankful to him for taking my mind off of everything, even if only for a split second. Mina wasn't his biggest fan. She still believed that Marik had the sun shining out of his backside, and, honestly, I couldn't think straight, let alone try to work out who my heart belonged to. That is a shit show I would have to try and untangle another time.
