Chapter 73. You Shot Walter

Nolan’s POV

“You tried to shoot Amelia,” I growled, glaring down into her eyes as I clenched my fists tightly by my side, willing myself to hold back my rage and the pain that was rushing through me, “you shot Walter.” My lips trembled lightly when I mentioned his name.

She rolled her eyes at me in a dramatic manner.

“Oh come on, Walter deserved it, he sold you out and in this family, we do not tolerate betrayal.” She held my gaze and the look in her eyes made me realize she was trying to hint at something.

“And as for that stupid… you know what, I am in a good mood today since you’re here so I won’t ruin it by talking about that good for nothing princess.” She replied before she turned around sharply and made her way inside the house.

Scott shoved me into the mansion after Sophie, they had still refused to say anything about me speaking with Mr. Croft so I assumed he wasn’t at home at that moment. As we made our way into the living room, I could
