Celeste’s POV

My heart hammered in my chest as Lyss continued to rain blow after blow down on Nyra, beating the life right out of her. Lyss’s Garou Lycan form—tall, feral, and covered in bristling fur—towered over Nyra’s standard quadruped werewolf shape, unleashing a relentless barrage of strikes.
