"That is great, but how do you have these things ready?" Denny asked in amusement.

"I am a businessman, Denny, and I have a lot of men to do a lot of business," Don Carlo chuckled at Denny's widened eyes staring at him, waiting for answers.

"I am sorry, Don Carlo, but I am also a businessman," Denny replied. His words sounded formal, yet not in a bad way that could offend the Don. It was more of amusement. Don Carlo could sense the curiosity in Denny's tone, but not with a sense of prying or demand to elaborate on any details.
