Chapter 39. Rescue
"Your uncle Titus has a child?" I asked Ranger.
"Apparently no one knew, Jordan Monroe is Jordan LaRue." He said as he struggled against the silver chains.
"I'm going to shift, close your eyes. Once I shift, I won't be able to communicate with you. I'm going to pull the chains down and you can ride on my back." I told him.
"I don't want to hurt you." He said.
"Oh, trust me, you can't. Now close your eyes."
I shifted and moved to the silver chains on the walls. Lia grabbed the chain and yanked the bolts right out of the rocky wall. We'd have to figure out how to get them off his wrists soon, they were slowing down his healing.
