Serene’s POV

I woke up because of the sun rays hitting my eyes. It was dazzling. I slowly opened my eyes and the black ceiling immediately appeared to me. I saw different room and stars painted there.

I checked the whole room before sitting on the bed. I groaned because of the pain from my shoulder.

I looked at it in the mirror on the side and it was bandaged. That stranger seems to have helped me. That man. I remembered what happened last night.
