Chapter 6

Pandora's POV

Rolan stared at me with his eyes widened in surprise. I guessed that my words had surprised him, but I wanted to be with him that night. He was there for me and he didn't look down on me despite knowing my background, so why couldn't I have an exhilarating night with him?

"You want me to kiss you? Are you sure?" He asked, his voice laced with emotions.

"I'm a grown woman, Rolan, and what I want right now is for you to kiss me." I paused and looked into his eyes so that he would see my hunger.

"I won't force you, though. I'm sorry for being overbearing," I rushed my words and clutched my bag, ready to return home when I felt a grip on my wrist.

He twirled me around, drawing me closer to him, making me gasp.

"Don't leave, Pandora. I want to kiss you too," He said and lowered his head, his eyes settling on my lips as I felt my heart thumping hard against my chest.
