“We didn’t ask. I didn’t ask either. I already aired my mind on that yesterday and I see no reason such a person should be among us,” Anita then said to her and continued eating.

Cass and Theresa just looked on.

“As I was saying, at first I refused to let him have my contact, but after seeing him again last night, I thought it would make some sense to be friends with him. Don’t you think we should give him a chance at least?”

“You are not going to ignore my speech trying to make someone look good are you?” Anita said, hitting the table furiously.

Everyone froze. They had never seen her that furious before.

“If you now have a problem with men, it shouldn’t be on me right? Go settle with Thomas if that’s what is driving you crazy but as for this, I won’t be a part of it. And guess what, I will date that guy,” Kate replied, stood up and walked out of the dinning.
