Avaleene's POV 

"So, Avaleene. As you chose to marry me even after knowing everything there is something you should know and follow. We are definitely married but I can’t live with you, together in a room or do things which a married couple generally do. Please don't expect anything like that from my side, Avaleene because I won't be able to fulfil those wishes of yours. Everything will be just like before. That is before our marriage." Xavier said and this was not the first thing which I expected my husband to say after the marriage.

I felt like time stopped as my eyes started being moist. What’s he even saying?! What is he trying to mean?! Is all of this a mere joke to him? 

"Excuse me?" I asked him baffled by the nondescript he uttered in front of me.

Is it some kind of ritual among the wolves where the husband pranks the wife and scares her? If it is there then why am I not aware of it? My mother should have informed me beforeh
