        It’s been almost a month since I returned to the coven with my mother. 

        I spent a whole month learning the spells I needed and how to control my powers, but it was hard without Cleo by my side. She was being extremely stubborn. 

        I heard that Cora and Miller had gotten together, and I was happy for them, but my Wolf was still not coming to me. She was mad as hell, and I understood why. 

        Walking away from Aaron had made her so furious with me. 

        She felt he was our true mate, but I had had my heart set on coming back with my mother and being here at the coven. I thought it would have been my happy place, where I belonged.
