Chapter 165. Lucian's Promise

A LOUD thunder echoed in the sky. Latton was awakened by it but to her surprise, she was sitting in the back passenger seat of a car that was traveling 90kph on a 40kph road. The sky is dark, and it looks like it's about to rain. She was confused and unable to process what was happening.
