As Jo’s gaze locked onto her, his hand left her neck. She saw how the other men in the club had their gaze on her, burning her skin like thousands of needles embedding in her skin, but it was Jo’s gaze that unnerved her the most, his eyes dark and stormy with anger as he reached for her arm, his grip firm and unyielding.

With a silent command, he led her towards the exit, his steps purposeful and determined. She held her hand up to wave to Kai, and placing it on the marks on her neck, she lost count the moment he started sucking.

They headed out of the club. The bouncers opened the Lambo’s car doors, and Jo’s grip tightened around her arm. His anger was still palpable, and she knew that their night was far from over. He pressed her into the car with force, slamming the door shut from the top.
