Chapter 147. How Dare You Come Here?

“Kara, where are you going? You can't escape from me!” Frank walked casually, checking where his lover was trying to hide.

Soon, night fell. Thanks to Frank's joke, Kara wasn't tense anymore.

"How do I look?" She stood up from the dressing table and turned around slowly.

Frank's pupils suddenly widened. He didn't blink at all. Kara wore a silky gray dress that showed her curves. Her make-up was light and there was only one silver clip in her hair. However, that simplicity was the definition of perfection for Frank.

“Kara Martin? Are you really Kara Martin?”

The woman frowned. "Are you still not tired of teasing me?"

While laughing faintly, Frank grabbed her waist. “No, this time I'm not teasing. This is really hard to believe. So far, no one has ever managed to amaze me with simple makeup like you."

"So, you like the way I look?" Kara whispered, raising an eyebrow. Frank liked her spoiled tone.

“Yeah, I have to thank Emily. She really
