Chapter 8. Emily's Nightmare
"Sleep with the kids. They'll be happy," Frank nodded reassuringly.
"Let's see the situation later. If I can't stand the cold, then I'll move to their room. Children need quality rest, right? Moreover, someone has upset their feelings."
Satire again. Diana snorted. "Abi, quickly vacate the room. Change the sheets and spray some perfume."
Jeremy's hand rose. "No need. I haven't touched a thing in the room other than the floor and my suitcase. And I don't smell that bad."
A second later, Jeremy shifted his gaze towards Sophia. "Your room still smells nice and clean."
Jeremy's expression was flat. However, Sophia lost her smile because of that.
"Yes, this mister is right. You don't need to bother changing the sheets, Abi," Sophia said, without moving her straight gaze from Jeremy.
"Then," Diana rubbed Sophia's arm, "let's go in. The temperature here is much lower than that of your hometown. Don't get cold."
