Chapter 62. The Old House

Louis folded his arms in front of his chest and raised his chin. His eyelids lowered slightly.

"Aren't I cool?" he asked without changing his pose and expression. He didn't care if everyone was tickled by his behavior.

"Louis, you look like an arrogant person!" Emily commented between giggles.

Louis ended his pose. "Haven't you heard that a model has to be arrogant? You have to feel that you’re the coolest when you pose. That way, the photos will be good."

Smiling, Kara stroked Emily's head. "What about you, Princess? Do you have a signature pose like Louis?"

Emily shook her head. "I always look beautiful, Mommy. No matter how I pose, I will look cool."

Diana laughed when she heard that. "Jeez, Frank. What do you give your kids to have that much self-confidence?"

Frank shrugged. "Praise and recognition? Oh, don't forget the support."

"So," Jeremy interjected gently, "do you let your children use their confidence for Ben’s company?"
