Chapter 73

The bell rang for the break as everyone hurried out of the class, all eyes were on me majorly especially when Lucas took his seating permanently by my side. 

I noticed Jenny wasn't in school today and Belle and Susan had been staring at me like I've grown two heads.

I packed my books neatly in my bag as Lucas snatched them from me making me snap my head with a questioning brow, which implied, 'Is there a problem with you?'

"Give that back!" I growled at him eyeing him profusely.

"My voice doesn't sound that," I said rolling my eyes taking the book he left on the desk.
