Davina’s Pov:-

We were now in the office where they held Samuel, earlier. They moved Samuel behind the bars with solid charges and proof. Last night after whatever happened, Arthur didn’t leave my side for even a

second, it was hard for all of us to sleep.

What shocked me was, Arthur’s mom saved me from Andrew. She never liked me and always tried to insult me, I never expected that she would one day save me from her own husband. It was surprising not only for me but also for Arthur.

I was thankful for Nadia, before going back to my room I thanked her and she just smiled at me. The whole night Arthur was with me and April, we didn’t speak to each other even though we slept beside each other. What he said to his dad in pure rage kept flashing in front of my eyes and I couldn’t stop myself from wondering why he said that? Was It True? Does he love me for real?

When I glance at him, those words ring in my ear and a blush appears on my face automatically.
