Chapter 70

Sharina woke up early because she was really looking forward to crossing paths with Justin again. She even beat her alarm, showing her excitement for the guy. She admitted this to Ashley the night before.

Since Ashley would be given a ride to work again today, Sharina commuted alone. When Ashley texted her to check if she was awake, Sharina surprised her by saying she was already on the bus. Ashley was taken aback by Sharina’s early wake-up, but she didn’t ask why – the reason was obvious.

Sharina arrived at the same spot where she bumped into Justin around 6:30, and to her surprise, he was already there, sitting at the waiting shed, waiting for her.

“Hey...” Justin quickly stood up from his seat. “Sorry...” He even chuckled. “Sorry, I just said ‘Hey.’ I didn’t ask your name yesterday, so I didn’t know what to call you...” He laughed awkwardly.

“I’m Sharina...” Sharina offered her hand, which Justin accepted with a big smile.

“Have you been waiting long
