"Cal, Cal wake up!"

"CAL WAKE UP!" I start stirring from my sleep to Brooke's voice, it usually takes me a few minutes to wake up when Brooke wakes me, her voice is so soothing to my ears that it's too easy for me to fall back to sleep but that doesn't happen this time, my brain quickly registers the panic in her voice and I'm instantly awake and alert.

"Brooke baby what's wrong?" She goes to speak but instead curls into herself and screens out in pain. I immediately sit up and get beside her, I can feel her emotions, feel how scared she is and I'm pretty sure she's in labour.
