Chapter 63. It's Almost Time

2 days have passed since the last attack and finally, it's starting to look like he's run out of Rogues. Of course, Alpha John won't let his guard down until the Beta has been caught and killed, he can't just let him off when there's a chance he will return again.

My girl is 18 tomorrow and I'm so excited I feel like a 5-year-old waiting for Santa to come on Christmas eve. Just one more day without her at my side, fuck when I look back over the last 3 years I honestly don't know how the fuck I've done this, but one thing is for sure, I've got a shit load more control than I ever thought possible!

I've sent my men back to the pack ready for the ball tomorrow, it's an annual ball to help wolves find their mates. Each year a different pack organizes the ball on a date announced by the elders and this year it just so happens to fall on our pack to organize it and on Beth's birthday.
