Alicia’s POV

My dad disengaged from the hug and stared keenly at me.

He looked surprised, and at that moment, I was overjoyed. Finally! I met my dad, and it felt so good to have hugged him, even though he didn’t hug me back.

“Who are you, and what are you doing here?” He asked, his eyes scrutinizing me.
