As soon as Rico drove into the long driveway of the mansion, he didn’t even bother parking properly. He killed the engine and practically jumped out of the driver’s seat.
The car door slammed shut with a loud bang that echoed across the large compound, startling the birds perched in the nearby trees. They scattered into the air immediately.
Rico marched forward, his hair was rough and disheveled, and the top two buttons of his shirt were undone.
He was furious. Absolutely raging. His jaw was clenched so tightly it looked painful, and the veins along his neck and forehead were visibly throbbing with anger.
