“Wait a minute,” Parker said slowly, “You forgave him?!”
I nodded. Parker and Markey looked astounded. Ian stood nervously against the wall. He looked like he wanted to be anywhere but here right now.

I shrugged. “He’s my forever, Parker. I know you probably think I’m stupid, but it’s true.”
“You can’t just forgive him like that!”
