Epilogue

After a long day at work I come back home, feeling exhausted. Not wanting to disturb the kids and my husband, I quietly take my heels off, putting them inside the shoe rack. But I heard hushed whispers of Ben’s voice from the kid’s room.

Tiptoeing, I stop by the door, peeking in through the little space where I see Ben telling Savannah something in a hushed tone so as not to wake Lucas up. “Then King Phoenix finally realized that his heart was captured and only belonged to knight Ruby.
